Recipe Time!

Protein-Packed Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings: fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and protein powder. Add a bit of water or almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for a quick breakfast).
  3. Top with berries, banana slices, nuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Drizzle with honey or syrup if desired.
